Mohsine \u201cMo\u201d Gdid<\/strong> is a leadership thinker, human resources executive, and advocate for human-centered leadership.<\/span><\/h2>

His journey began far from executive boardrooms.<\/p>

After immigrating from Morocco to the United States in 2008, Mo started his career working on the production floor of a meat processing plant in Iowa. The work was cold, demanding, and relentless\u2014but it became the foundation for his leadership philosophy.<\/p>

Those early experiences taught him something that would shape the rest of his career:<\/p>

Through perseverance, continuous learning, and a deep commitment to people-first leadership, Mo rose from frontline work to executive leadership roles in human resources and organizational development.<\/p>
